1.) Parks and Recreation
This show has quickly become one of my favorite shows of all time. I love all of the characters and the story lines. All of the characters are hilarious and I often found myself laughing out loud. Although the hilarity is undeniable, this show also made me cry because there were some really sweet and heartwarming moments. Don't hesitate to start watching Parks and Rec. It is so good and you won't regret it.
This is my fangirl show. Captain Swan is my favorite ship (couple for those who don't understand what shipping is). OUAT is a show about fairytale characters who get stuck in our world and have to figure out how to live. There is magic and mystery, romance, and a huge emphasis on family. It is so good, especially if you are someone who loves fairytale retellings.
3.) Austin and Ally
Technically this is a kid's show but I don't care because it's sooooo good. I love the cast and characters so much. It follows a partnership between Ally, a songwriter, and Austin, a musician. The show is now in its fourth and final season. I've loved this show for a long time. It's funny but also incredibly sweet.
4.) Friends
How can I not have Friends on this list? When I was younger I used to watch this with my parents and I remember getting in trouble for sneaking downstairs to watch it. Recently I began to watch the whole series from the beginning. It is such a good show. There isn't an episode that isn't funny.
5.) Pretty Little Liars
I have a love/hate relationship with this show. In the beginning, I loved this show. I would watch it every week and would be heartbroken if I missed an episode. Now, I just want to know who A is (is that too much to ask?!) That is literally all I care about. The plot just keeps getting more twisted and ridiculous as the show goes on but I can't stop watching. I will watch this show until it's cancelled and maybe then we will find out who A is.
