This was a fantastic book. It follows two different stories throughout 600 pages of epicness. The first story is about Darcy Patel who at 18 years old wrote a novel called Afterworlds. Now she is in the process of learning the world of publishing and deadlines while she works on editing her novel before it comes out. The second story we get to read is Afterworlds, the novel that Darcy has written. This story follows a girl named Lizzie who encounters a terrorist attack in the Dallas airport. After that, weird things start to happen to her (I don't want to give anything away because it is so good). The way that the two stories are intertwined is perfect. They would be good as separate stories but together they fit perfectly. I absolutely loved this book and would highly recommend it.
